[Okay. Keimi spent freaking forever getting ready for the festival. She did her makeup, styled her hair, worked on her posture and walk, and dressed up in the most beautiful kimono she could find. She wants to be the prettiest girl in the festival. She wants to be noticed, something that took a lot of mental encouragement for the shy girl. Today is a wonderful day, and she is positively beaming with happiness and pride.

When not helping Sanji out, Keimi can be found wandering the festival. She has flowers in her hair, a paper fan in one hand, and a cone of her papa's famous ice cream in the other. Best day ever? Make it even better for her~.]
