All around the village all day

[Archie's dreams the first night were actually pretty cool--high seas adventures, battles that seemed terrifying in the dream becoming exciting once he was awake, things he had tried to remember after waking. Most of them faded before too long, even as he stood staring at the mural Jilly had painted on their living room wall of a ship. Clearly, the dreams had come from seeing the painting every day.

Most of the dreams the second night were similar, except for one that caused him to wake early and make himself a cup of tea to ground himself. It took him a few hours to shake that one off, and he was faintly disturbed for most of the morning. During his lunch break, he took off for a walk in the woods to clear his mind.

After school was out, he buzzed around town, the dreams no longer important, eventually ending up in Seventh Heaven with papers to grade and a slice of cheesecake.]

[Don't mind Vash as he slide in next to you with a plate of spaghetti.] So how are the young minds of tomorrow doing today?

[Archie gets a mildly surprised look for a moment.] Nothing unusual is happening. How is everything at the flower shop?

Not too bad, a lot of my coworkers have been having some pretty unpleasant dreams though. A lot of people have been. [There's an invitation in there.]

[noprevaricating]

I've heard. I don't quite understand the fuss. They're only dreams.

[goldenglasses]

Yeah, but I guess some of them have been pretty unsettling for some people. [He just shrugs.] I admit my dreams have seemed a bit more vivid than normal lately, but none of them have been particularity bad. Some have been silly and others have been pretty nice actually.

[noprevaricating]

[Oh, Archie had just about the most unsettling dream of his life, but a dream it was. And it was just the one.]

I've been dreaming about adventures on ships. I've been writing them all down, actually--some of them are beautiful.

Really? Sounds like a lot of fun! And more interesting than mine. Most have mine have been in a desert. Oh, but I was on a space ship I think once!

A space ship. [Have a skeptical look.]

Well, I think it was space. I just got the feeling it was. Isn't that crazy? Sailing through space? I'm not sure that's even possible. Well, except in dreams of course.

And I thought my dreams were exciting. Mad captains and battles during raging storms.

Hahaha, well it does still sound exciting. Mine mostly took place in this... field type thing... or in front of a computer. Although a couple times I was floating around.

But not really overly exciting or adventurous.
