[There's been a tremendous amount of stuff to deal with today, as it comes to no surprise to anyone. But once Adell sees that message, he pauses. He contemplates responding, but after a moment of thinking, he decided against it.

No, he has a feeling he knows what Terra's up to. So he's going to out into the woods to any of the spots he knows of that Terra might normally haunt. If anything, support in person is probably more what she would want.]

[Terra's wandering along the river, heading away from town. She could just teleport wherever, of course, but not knowing where she wants to go puts a damper on that idea.]

That was... certainly one of the most... complicated experiments we've felt in awhile.

[Adell understands that Terra might need the space. He doesn't care for the idea of her being alone with her thoughts out here for too long, but... this kind of hit like a perfect storm for her.]

[Terra stiffens as she glances around and spots droids heading in their direction.]

[Adell quickly stiffens too when he sees what she does. He's not sure who or what they're after, but he quickly puts himself between the droids and her.]

...Terra, stay behind me.

[And he readies himself for battle immediately. This was looking bad.]

[There are quite a few, and they're as tough as usual. Terra blasts a a couple of them back with ice, but she can't fight them all off at once and it becomes apparent after more such spells that they keep heading for her....]

No you don't!

[And Adell launches himself at full strength at a couple of the robots heading her way. He's not wasting any time. He's throwing every bit of Mana Power he has into his attacks. He knows these things are tough and he can't do anything less if he wants any hope of winning this fight.

So he leads off with his signature attack against the droids. He might do some damage, but he won't be able to stop them, just hold them off for a few brief moments.]

[Terra knows that they can't win, not really, but she just wants to be left alone and that hopeless desire fuels her will to fight. She sends a volley of Holy missiles, though a fit of bad timing causes one to be deflect back at her. She tries to leap out of its way...just in time to be stuck by another droid that was out of their line of sight.]

[Adell turns to his next target at just the right time to watch that happen. His rage boils up when he sees her get struck.]

[But for all that rage and power building up, it's not gonna do him much good, considering the droids are dirty fighters. The two droids he was brawling with turn on him and launch a pair of wires at him. One wire wraps around his torso and the other around his right arm.

He only has a split second to notice before tens of thousands of volts surge through his body. Adell can only shout in pain for several seconds (but what feels like an eternity) before the wires retract and he falls over... still conscious, but effectively paralyzed.]
