... M-Mike...
... D-Don is safe. He's with m-me, in the apartment next to mine... He has what's l-likely a very strong migraine, but he's o-otherwise alright...
... I-I, I just thought your family would... l-like to know.
I already contacted L-Leonardo, as well...

[A sigh of relief. Two of his brothers accounted for. Now for the third...]
You, uh... haven't seen Raph, have you?
[He's almost getting tired of asking, but he's never had someone taken before. He can't give up the idea that Raph is just sulking somewhere, and will be back home grumbling at their worry but secretly loving it.]

...
[He's suddenly aware of what that means.] Have you... not seen him for the entire ten days...? A-Assuming you can remember, I mean...
[Yes, Robert is concerned for Raph.]

[Wait, is Don hearing this? He whispers loudly:]
Donnie, you okay bro?
Reply
Yeah.
[But really, talk about Raph. He needs to straighten out his memories.]

I hardly know what's unusual behaviour for him, but it strikes me as odd that he would not have contacted anybody by this point.
[Robert shakes his head slightly and bites his lip a little. It seems like an entirely unfortunate coincidence...]

[There. He said it.]

[His fingers twitch while he tries to figure out whether his family's battle-sign has any reasonable way of expressing what he needs to tell Mike. Finally he settles on:]
I see it - I'll cover Raph - Mike don't worry.
[The translation magic may or may not find a way to interpret this for Robert.]
Reply
Still, he can tell it's a language. He just can't tell what it means, at all.]
... Ah, a sign language...? [Don continually finds ways to surprise him.]

Get down - Don's injured - Raph's injured - Everything's gone to hell.
Reply
Negative - Don's okay - Rendezvous at home - No argument!

Mostly he's just glad to see Mike and Don are on good terms still. Or at least, they seem to be.
It's a bit of a respite in the craziness of the ten days.]
Reply
But you're not feeling well, so he'll drop it after a second and sign,]
Understood - Will do - Get down!
[And then, after another moment,]
Is Robbie okay?
[He approximates "Robbie" by miming glasses. Hopefully you get it.]

[At the question, he glances up at his partner before turning back to the journal.]
Will investigate and report back.

But he's at least coherent and functional which is more than could be said for Don before Don got ibuprofen into his system.
The scientist has been following the conversation - and though he can't understand the signs, he realizes at the glasses-miming that it's probably supposed to be something directed at him. This hypothesis is supported when Don glances up at him.]
D-Did you need me for something...?

Thanks for taking care of Donnie.
