[Frey had wandered off from the group just a bit, mostly to check on those wings. Was it a new type of Third Party Soldier?

[At the same time Frey unleashes his magic, Mithos fires off his own burst of mana. Both attacks reach the target simultaneously, knocking the soldier away.]

I already told you, we don't need your help.

[then directed at Kaori] Are you all righ-? [His sentence is cut off by another enemy closing in on him, and he's forced to block an incoming jab from a spear. He turns the attack back on his assailant.]

[The amount of force behind the two blasts hitting the soldier overwhelms her for a moment, nearly forcing her to her knees. She wills herself to stay standing, still lashing out at any surrounding bodies with everything she had. All the while she's running through her options, trying to find a way to get Frey away from Mithos and somewhere safer, wherever that was.]

... Where's Masaomi?! [Weren't they together, in a group? Why would Frey have been separated from him, especially after what happened last time...]

He's fine! He's with Gold and Mewtwo. Are you two ok? [Directed at Mithos as well, because you don't seem ok, winged person. You seem distracted.]

[Yes, he's distracted. This is a battlefield after all, and nothing is helped by the jarring uncertainty presented by Frey's arrival. Mithos hears the question, but he chooses not to answer. Why does this person even care? These other names too...

It's frustrating, with all these thoughts crowding him at the same time as the soldiers continuously closing in. He can't properly focus on both simultaneously, and right now the battle and protecting Kaori takes precedence.]
