[Since Roji lives in C7, he has definitely heard a few explosions, and it's making him a little nervous. So he's come out back to investigate what's causing them via following the smoke trail.

He wasn't expecting to see Helios because he wasn't aware that he had returned, but looking back to the man's previous experiment on the network, he's not surprised that he is the cause.

He trots up further to Helios, but not too close. He doesn't want to blow up thanks.]

Mister Helios!

[ Be glad he took it outside this time Roji. After everything that happened the first time though...it's just common sense, even if Helios is absentminded more or less all of the time.

There will be some sparks as Helios turns around smiling with soot covering...pretty much the entirety of his face. ] Ah! Roji it's nice to see you today. How have you been?

[ Pay no heed to the various kitchenware sticking out of the surrounding trees. ]

[He definitely is. He'd rather not have the entire building be set on fire.

He laughs sheepishly at the sight of Helios.]

Not too bad. I'm feeling a lot more relieved now that I know what's causing the explosions. [And then a genuine smile.] I'm happy to see you back.

Oh yes. I-I should have put up a warning, shouldn't I? [ Absentminded is go, derp! ] I seem to be so wrapped up in my experimenting though! [ Sheepish laugh as he rubs the back of his head. ]

It-it's nice to be back. I-I apologize for not announcing my return sooner. [ It was a rough first day back. ]

I know how that goes! I do the same thing sometimes.

Oh, you don't need to apologize! I...don't know the feeling, but I figured a lot was going on when you...came back. [He feels a little awkward talking about it. It's still weird to him. He's just glad it happens that way.]

[ Just a laugh. ] Y-Yes it's hard...remembering sometimes. Happens to the best of us. [ Derp. ]

Ah I-I know. Giles just told me how worried everyone was. So I just...wanted to say thank you. Especially for h-helping him when he returned. [ Because he was a mess. No probably because Helios knows he was. ]

I wanted to do the most I could. [Roji knows what it's like to be in a battle...but he's never actually lost a comrade.] Hopefully things can get better from here on?

[It's a false hope since even he knows that this will continue in the not so distant future, but at least in the meantime...]

Yes. They usually work themselves out eventually. [ It's a small sad smile on his face as he moves off towards the tree that has a myriad of kitchenware sticking into it. Like a pin cushion, it looks absolutely ridiculous. It's a false hope he has as well. Especially with what happened between Giles and Frederic. It's odd, really, having the two of them not speaking to one another and yet here he is stuck in the middle. ]

Most things tend to but...it all depends on the person or persons involved.

Right. [Roji nods, staring at the ground for a moment. Helios couldn't be more right. Sometimes it's a conflict between people, friends...partners. When one can grow stronger and gain acceptance, that's when things can really start heading in the right direction.]

[He lifts his head up and looks at what Helios walked over to.

... Wait. What. How did he not see that before? Kitchenware abuse at five o'clock!]

W-What are all of those doing there? [The horror.]

[ Helios doesn't notice your apparent distress Roji. He is just flicking one of those forks with a pointer finger and watching it vibrate from its embedded position in that tree. ]

Ah...I've had a few slip ups. I-I figure kitchenware would be the closest objects to a ring. Besides other jewelry of course.

... You couldn't find another ring to use?

I thought since the ring was giving me some trouble...using other things would be more productive. [ He'll look back at Roji now he sees it! Oh dear. ]

Ah! B-But they're perfectly fine. Still good as- [ Just going to try tugging that fork out of the tree now, yep. One. Two. Have a grunt before it comes out with some bark around it. ] -good as new! Like I said. No kitchenware harmed. [ Rubbing the back of his neck. ] Might have to clean them a little bit though...

W-Well, I guess if they're just a little dirty, it's not so bad.

I'm just glad I didn't decide to come when there were forks and knives flying everywhere. [Another sheepish laugh. He doesn't want to be impaled by kitchenware...]
