[Minako's load might suddenly feel slightly, slightly lighter. Loki's already taken everything light enough for him to handle, so the most he can do is try and double-team boxes with other people.]

I really appreciate that you woke up so early to help me, Loki-kun. [She beams to him as she shifts her grip on the box she was carrying.]

Looks like I owe you a favour now, don't I?

Don't worry about it. It would've been no good if I'd slept in while everyone else was working.

[This box is heavier than expected...] How many people did you invite? You have quite a few things here.

Just promise me you won't strain yourself, then.

[No take backs.] It's was an open invitation, so I wasn't exactly sure how many people were going to show up... It's better to be on the safe side, isn't it?

Ah, I saw the posters. [Unfortunately.] You drew them?

Haruhi-san said she was going to draw them, but I couldn't find her so I took myself up on the task. [Don't spoil her fun.] But hey! I did good for a last minute job, didn't I?

You think so? [Straightening her back, she puts on her best hostess smile!] I tried my best, didn't I? I guess that's what matters most. We'll still have fun, despite how many people come!

That's right. You don't need a crowd to enjoy yourself. There's a Persian proverb that says, "It is better to be in chains with friends than to be in a garden with strangers."

[There's a pause, before she squats down to give him a hug.]

[That takes him by surprise. He stiffens for a moment in her embrace before letting himself relax. But he can't quite bring himself to hug her back.]

You're a nice girl, Minako.

If someone saw me like this now, then I'd be in for trouble!

[After that comment she's back to tip-top shape. Ready to go, and ready for action. She might've not responded directly to what Loki had said, but it's part of what helps her to rejuvenate her energy.]

I've got a party to run, don't I?

[Rolling up the sleeves to her jacket, she tries to be as enthusiastic as ever.]

Come on! Let's go; I think we're almost done on the set-up front. Just a few more finishing touches!

... Alright, let's go. [He crouches to help lift the box again.]

Just a little longer and we can relax all we want.

[There's carrying the leftovers back too, she adds in her mind. She'll withhold the information though, since Loki's help in the morning was more than enough.]
