[It's good to see a familiar face among the crowd at the beach...with all these people around whom she doesn't know, it's a little overwhelming. Hikari will approach as he poses with his surfboard, waving timidly. Despite being a bikini, her white swimsuit somehow manages to be decently modest.]

They said that when this underwater reactor blew, that it caused the ocean to flood into here. I'm not really sure how that works, though.
