[Standing in her gardens, looking at the sun. What a peaceful day. Today is the perfect day for gardening. But then again, what day isn't

[Adell passes by, on patrol, trying to clear his head. Another draft, and a sea battle. Something he's never dealt with before. It's on his mind, but he's sure he can handle it, so long as he's careful.

Either way, he'll pass by Yuuka's massive garden of flowers... actually, it had been awhile since he went this way, so he stops when he sees the flowers in bloom so brightly. He'll admire it for a moment before he catches sight of Yuuka in the midst of it.]

...Is this your garden?

[floralphantasm]

Indeed it is.

[Oh drat, typical of someone to bother her at such a time. As always the calm and polite facade is up, a smile firmly plastered over her face.]

Do the flowers take your fancy per chance, or were you merely passing by?

[Yup. No one is allowed a moment of introspection around here.]

Well, I was just passing by, but I must say I'm really impressed. It's beautiful.

[A shame Flonne isn't around to see this.]

[And that's all that's left for her to say. So she'll be turning around and getting back to her thoughts now. Ugh, it was almost headache inducing having to come to terms with the fact no matter where she was placed, there would be a human captain leading everything.

Being bothered by random interruptions didn't help matters.]

[Too bad, Yuuka. He's still going to bother you for a moment or two. Interruptions are the best, right?]

Actually, I don't think we've met. My name's Adell.

[She might have seen his name amongst the drafted, or maybe seen it in the guide if she actually read it.]

[No, no they really aren't. There will be an audible sigh before she spins around, all smiles and sunshine again.]

No, we haven't Adell. You may call me Yuuka.

[And you know what? She does recognise that name. It was right at the top of the list of those who were drafted after all.]

You are to be protecting this 'cargo ship' too, I presume?

[He hears that sigh. And he just chooses to ignore it for now, considering she's asking him a question.]

It's nice to meet you, Yuuka.

Yeah, that's right. Can't say I've ever fought on the high seas before, but protecting the ship and everyone on it is most likely what I'm going to be doing.

I had not even been near the ocean until recently, however I intend to put my abilities to full use during this excursion with what little I know of the sea.

[And the smile falls away briefly as she thinks about the draft. Damn it, she really doesn't want some idiot human ordering her around.]

...If you don't mind my asking, what sort of abilities are those?

I have the power to manipulate flowers. Using this power, I was capable of growing this entire garden in less than a day, as well as ensuring that as long as I am here not a single flower will fall.

[She decides to take the chance and show off all her abilities. It's not often people take an interest in what she can do anyway, past her flowers. She reaches into her blouse pocket and takes out a couple of cards.]

Furthermore, I have these spellcards I developed at my disposal.

[Actually, Adell's eyes light up a bit when he sees them, as though he recognizes what they are.]

Spellcards? Hey, you wouldn't happen to be from Gensokyo, would you?

[floralphantasm]

...Why yes, I am.

[How unexpected. Yuuka steps a little closer so to look Adell over.]

You are not familiar to me at all. How do you know of Gensokyo? Is there someone here you are already familiar with who is from my world?

Actually, there were a number of people from your world here before. They've all been sent back, best I know. Most of them that came in, I ended up meeting.

[floralphantasm]

Ah, I see. It is a shame they have been sent back to Gensokyo~ It would have been most entertaining to meet someone here who I am familiar with. But seeing as you have already met with the denizens of my world, it is quite fitting that you would run into me as well, is it not~?

[This is as close as she's going to get to meeting someone from her world for now, so she might as well make the most of it. Wasting time fretting over the draft can come later.]

Now then, who in the past has been taken from Gensokyo and has graced Luceti?

Let's see... there were Marisa Kirisame, Alice Margatroid, Patchouli Knowledge, her assistant Koakuma, Hong Meiling, Sakuya Izayoi, and Remilia and Flandre Scarlet. I think that's all the ones I met.
