[Frederic was taking a rest and reading when he spies his friend and gets up up to meet him.]

You seem to be holding up well.

[ Besides looking a little ragged and worn out? Yes he's holding up quite well. ]

Just trying my best. You look like you're going well, almost. You're not pushing yourself too hard, are you?

[Frederic looks slightly pale himself than usual, but he checks his friend over for any injuries.]

I'm trying not to push myself too hard and you shouldn't either.

I'm not, I'm not. Don't worry about me Frederic. [ Though he knows you and everyone else will. ] These brief periods of peace are nice though.

[ He leans up against the wall. ]

I don't see any serious injuries, but please tell me if you need any healing. [He leans up against the wall with him.] Indeed, these brief periods of peace are wonderful.

[ A soft sigh. ] How have you been faring, then? No sea sickness I hope?

Not at all, I am use to riding on ships back home. As for my health, well I am trying to keep my energy up so others can be helped.
