Draft Log #2: During

Where: OUT ON THE OPEN SEA
Summary: It is a good day. You're out on the open ocean enjoying the salty sea breeze, and suddenly- OH SNAP, BATTLE STATIONS...
Rating: Various! PG for violence at the least.

Ship A, both days

[It didn't take Richard long to figure out that the best thing he could do in this particular fight was hang back and use his magic to provide cover for others, especially considering how many of the fighters on this ship excelled in physical combat and not so much in magic. So he'll be spending the days running around whipping off spells where needed and occasionally charging in for melee fights where that's called for, usually sticking close to Asbel and the others to keep an eye on them (and because he already knows their fighting styles and knows how to work with them).

In the evenings, he'll head back to the sleeping quarters and attempt to get some rest, though it won't come easily with the worries about the battle hanging over him.]

Day 1

[Sano's going to need all the help he can get, mostly because he's still finding his "sea legs" or whatever the hell they're called, and fighting monsters whilst trying to figure out how the hell to stay upright is a lot harder than it should be.

Still, he's mostly managing - and by mostly managing, he means that he's just temporarily slightly hindered. It doesn't mean he's suffering too much from it.

If Richard's looking out for people who might need his help, Sano's found himself surrounded by enemies and fighting to stay stable as well as fighting attacks from everywhere is significantly harder than it should be. Want to help him get rid of a few behind him?]

Day 1

[A quick glance around to see if anyone nearby him needs help shows that this man most likely does, if the enemies surrounding him are any indication. Fortunately that group approaching the man is in just the right formation for him to be able to take them all out at once...

... so that's what he's going to be doing, crouching down as he charges up a Lightning Blaster spell, which he'll sweep outward in an arc to catch as many of the Third Party members as he can. With any luck it will at least hinder most of them enough for him to take them out with another method, if not kill them outright.]

[It's confusing when they all go flying, but Sano's learned not to look a gift horse in the mouth. He takes the chance to kill off the ones that aren't dead, and sweeps another few away with easy, well-practiced grace as he turns to salute his helper.]
