[That was a fun few days, huh?

These last five days would have been like a holiday, if only Yuuka didn't come to hurtling down the side of CH4. It takes her a moment to realise whats going on, though smashing against the side of the building helps some.

She's able to right herself before landing on the floor luckily, turning in the air and slowing herself to leisurely pace before setting foot on the ground.

Now the youkai has returned, first things first. Check on that garden. Yuuka will be working within her garden as per usual, after taking a leisurely stroll around CH4. If she's tired it really doesn't show.]

[And now he's wondering why she didn't introduce these rules earlier. It would've saved him a lot more grief... provided there wasn't some catch, of course.]

Fine. If I were to agree to these rules, what kind of condition would you set in the event of your victory? [He can't believe that she would be satisfied with something as easy as an apology.]

It looks like your garden is already well on its way to recovery, so sorry if I don't seem too remorseful. [And he'd sooner see her sell toxins than medicines, with the way she acts.] I think I'm taking a shine to this place, as a matter of fact.

Were I to be the victor, you must fill in these eyesores you have scattered about my gardens~ [Gesturing to one of the ditches.] In addition you must never set foot within my gardens again, be it of your own doing or another's.

Please, I do not require your remorse, only that you remove yourself from this place with haste so we may settle things. [With that said, she'll start walking off towards the more wooded area to the east of CH4.] After this event is dealt with and done perhaps you could visit this place again. [Providing he wins and decides to have 'garden privileges' as a condition of winning of course.]

[Taken at face value, those aren't bad conditions at all. A little bit of manual labor helps build character, after all. The only problem is that his time in this form will run out in less than a day, and he won't be turning back any time soon.

He'll just have to win, then.]

Very well. Then if I win, my condition is that you'll never attack me again, regardless of whether or not I set foot in your garden. [Not that he would if he could help it.

He follows her out to the woods. If he does happen to lose, at least he'll spare himself the extra work.] Is that another invitation? If you want to see me again, you can be more straightforward about it, you know.

That sounds fair~ Though I would take caution to not enter my gardens again, just to be on the 'safe side'~ [Unless he likes the idea of more lasers being fired in his general direction, in which case he can come back as much as he likes. She'll even apologise and say she 'forgot' their agreement the next time she uses a Master Spark on him, if he wins.]

But the straight and narrow is such a boring route to take. After all, why not stop to smell the flowers and beat about the bush~? [She finds that comment quite in taste, given what happened previously. So much so her smile grows a little from it.] Interpret my words as you wish. Though perhaps it is indeed an invitation, only of a different sort than of what comes to your mind~ ['An invitation to your death'.

Anyway, finding a decent sized clearing, enough so the two can stand a couple of paces apart from one another, she takes a few steps forward before turning.] Are you ready to begin, or perhaps you need a little time to ready yourself~?

[... Was that a joke? That had to be a joke. She's even smiling.

... Sigh.]

Maybe it's boring, but it could save us a lot of trouble in the long run. Anyway, I'd rather get this done as soon as possible.

[Ready? He points at the ground beneath her feet. It erupts sky-high, sending huge chunks of earth flying in every which direction.]

[Had she known he would have launched his first attack so soon, she wouldn't have bothered asking. And to think, she already had her first attack all planned out. A counterattack is fine too however.

Giant slabs of earth are nothing to her. Easy to see, fairly simple to navigate around. With a short back-step she soars into the air and gracefully avoids the chunks of earth, even slipping through the smallest nooks and crannies she can see.

Once she's found herself with enough breathing room to launch her own attack, she does so. In a moment, thousands of small flower-like bullets shower down on the ground around her, either breaking away any large rocks heading her way or careening towards her target down below.]

[A swirling dome of wind deflects the bullets away from him, some bouncing up harmlessly, others angling into the ground. Long-range attacks don't seem to be getting him anywhere, so it's time to bring it in closer.

Despite his genteel outfit, Loki is quick. He crouches slightly before springing into the air and sprouting a pair of large, black wings, which carry him straight up at his opponent. At the same time, he swings his arm in an arc and sweeps the sky above him with a razor-sharp beam of light that will slice anything it touches.]

[Normally a shroud of bullets tends to end these sorts of things quickly, so she's happy in a way that he was able to deflect them. She's also happy when he flies up to meet her. Everyone in her own world seemed content with keeping a distance from each other whilst launching ranged attacks, but this was a welcome change.

As soon as she notices the beam of light she drops her height significantly, going into a moment of free fall before regaining her flight far away from him. With Yuuka now positioned lower than him, she furls her parasol and with a quick lunge propels herself towards him. With her left arm holding her parasol over her right shoulder, she intends to get as close as she can before bringing her arm down in a wide sweep, slashing with the sun-shade.]

[Loki hopes she isn't as good at dodging close-ranged attacks as she is at tiny debris. A short black staff poofs into his hands as he pulls his wings in close and lets himself fall on her with weight and gravity on his side.

Did he ever mention that he's good with a blade? Not that his staff is at all sword-like, but neither is her parasol. Using the larger ring of his staff as a makeshift hilt for a makeshift sword, he grits his teeth and swings with his left hand to parry her attack. In the same motion, he turns to bash her with his other shoulder, showing no sign of slowing his descent.]

[Whilst not exactly proficient with any specific weapon discipline, she can handle her parasol very well. A single well placed blow could fell any human, so a few more could surely stop this guy in his tracks.

First however she has to deal with the parry-turned-shoulder barge. Dropping lower at this point would be useless as she probably can't gather enough speed to out-fly gravity so quickly, so she opts for a roll instead. Spinning to the side, the attack narrowly misses her.

Using this turn, she hopes to gain a little more height than him. If she can, then keep up a relentless offense, hopefully gravity will do the rest of the work and leave him careening toward the ground. Should one of her attacks land during this time then that outcome is equally acceptable to her.

Grabbing the handle of her parasol with both hands now, she swings it overhead and attempts a brutal downward smash with the weapon.]

[He touches ground in a crouch -- wouldn't you know it, his staff looks more like a boomerang after that blow -- only to have quite the foreboding shadow cast over him.

He throws himself to the side, letting his staff disappear, just in time to avoid her blow. The sound of it makes him wonder what that parasol is made of to still be intact right now, but he doesn't wonder for too long.

He can still feel the rush of wind from her attack as he pivots on his heel to face her, one hand outstretched. It would be egotistical (even for Loki) to say that time moves for him, and that's because it does not. Nonetheless, it seems to slide just the way he needs it to, for just a fraction of a second -- and he sees everything he needs to see. Everything lines up; he takes aim -- and then makes his shot.

He never kills if he has a choice. He wonders if he'll pay for that in a moment.]

[Being so close to the ground at this point, her parasol snags on the ground when he moves out of range, throwing her off balance for just a moment.

Turning her head quickly, she notices the stance he has taken and acts quickly. In a few seconds, a sunflower bursts from the earth in front of her, and then another. An entire patch of sunflowers in fact.

When the shot comes the sunflowers quickly disperse, they're only flowers after all. Petals fly in all directions as the large heads of the sunflowers burst and fall to the ground.

Hoping the sunflowers serve as enough of a distraction, Yuuka turns and pushes herself from the ground so to soar towards him, having been able to duck away from the shot, parasol ready for another physical attack. She would never have dreamt of using her flowers for cover and probably would have used her parasol as a shield if she had time to regain her balance.]

[The sudden burst of sunflowers is surprising, he has to admit, but it's easy enough to understand what just happened. His gamble went to pot -- but maybe it's not a total loss. He's distantly aware of her frightening charge, but that detail is lost to a sudden stroke of inspiration. He grins before shifting into one more form, and hopefully the last.

Under the cover of the bright yellow petals fluttering downward, he disappears.

And then a tiny buzzing takes his place.]

[Blink. He's gone. Time to stop that charge then, slowing in the air and then landing softly on the ground. As the petals clear he really is nowhere to be seen. Looking around herself she can't see him anywhere in the vicinity...

That faint buzzing however won't go amiss. Oh, of course, he must have changed shape again. Squinting her eyes slightly, she tries the scan her immediate area for any insects or other tiny creatures. Whilst looking about, that parasol is positioned in such a way that should anything get near her she can retaliate with a sudden swat.

...If he turned into a bee she really won't appreciate anything he might be implying, seeing as she's a flower youkai and all.]

[Now why would he be implying anything? He is a perfect gentleman, you know.

The buzzing stops. As the flower petals begin to clear out of the air, there's a fluttering motion amongst them that might stand out to the keen-eyed: a small butterfly with black and yellow details navigating the flowery carnage. Its movements seem to be random, but as it nears the ground, it happens to approach Yuuka beat by beat...]
