[ Something about Ami the past few days is creepy, definitely creepy. And while Usagi hasn't touched the masks herself just yet, she can't help but wonder about Ami's and how exactly it's making her pretty creepy like this..

So Ami, you might not (well, actually, you probably will with Usagi's idea of being subtle) notice it, but Usagi is quietly trying to stalk you across the village to see more. ]

[It could be the mask. With the beak. Stuffed with herbs.

Or it could be the advice she's giving people, easily overheard since she's making no attempt to hide it anyway. All sorts of crazy insane tips to get rid of the masks are coming from her.

Tickle your foot with a feather three times and dance across a floor strewn with beans.

Jump up and down on one foot while reciting a poem backwards.

And so on.

When she finally catches Usagi, she simply calls out, as if this is normal, too:]

[ Usagi actually freezes up for a moment like that, like a deer caught in headlights or a kid busted with their hand in the cookie jar. She tries to put on her most innocent expression as she answers the girl, trying to not pay too much attention to the creepy mask. ]

A.. ah, no, not at all!

Are you sure? You're looking flushed. Maybe feverish.

[ She reaches up to her own forehead to feel until.. well, she realises what Ami is actually aiming at. Right. ]

N-no, I was just a little.. um, surprised! Yeah, that's all!

I think you'd better undergo a proper examination. [She seems serious about this, though it's hard to tell when the mask covers her expressions.]

No! No, no, no no no-- [ yes, she's just repeating it over and over as if that will make her point clearer. ]

I'm just fine, Ami-chan! Really! You know I wouldn't lie about that!

You should come to the clinic for a checkup. [She won't do anything weirder than she's doing to everyone else.]
