Both Days I guess! :|a thundercrusher November 16 2011, 15:32:32 UTC
[Well Thor isn't the collecting mikans type, so he'll be clearing up the snow. This will largely involve being up in the air and swirling his hammer in the air. Somehow this makes the clouds go away and lets the sunlight sneak through. Don't ask how it works. He's a god. It's just a god thing. Let it go.

When the clouds are cleared up (for awhile), he may go on the ground, sample a mikan, or hammer away some mounds of snow. Maybe do some heavy lifting if you bat your eyes at him real nicely. But really. He's kind of above picking fruits off the tree. He'd rather walk around looking as though he's protecting people from some mysterious and hidden danger.]

[Does it make you feel better about this mundane task if there is a hot redhead gaping at you in awe from the ground? GDIT WHY CAN'T SHE BE A GOD OF THUNDER. DX]

[Well he won't really notice too much (except he can totally see down her top from up here) until he feels the weather has been sufficiently dealt with for now. Once it is nice and clear, he'll gracefully land on the ground and come marching up as if nothing happened.]

That should take care of the snow for now. But this weather is persistent and my powers are not what they should be.

[Oh hey there.] Uh...huh. That's ...some pretty impressive powers.

I'm guessing your hammer wasn't made on a Sky Island or something.

Nay. It was forged by the dwarves in the heart of a dying star. [Yup. No big deal.] You are the woman I spoke to through the talking book, are you not?

[O-kay, then.]

Yup, that's me. Nami, at your service. [She glances up at the sky.] That's pretty impressive. Thanks.

[Well. Yes. It was pretty awesome and though he practices humility, he smirks in self satisfaction in spite of his words.]

It was hardly anything at all. Ororo had the situation well in hand before my arrival.

Ororo and I, actually. [Just. Pointing that out there. But:] Ther'es only two of us, though. We can't do it all on our own; a third pair of hands is fantastic.

[He could possibly do it on his own. But he wants to make them feel useful.]

My apologies, then. I was too involved in my own task to take notice of your efforts. [... okay, so, probably not the best apology.]

No big deal. My own efforts are pretty subtle. Nothing like the two of you can do, anyway. I need science.

[Envy, she has it.]

Perhaps not, but I would see your mortal science in work.

You want a demonstration?

If you are willing. No doubt you have already expended much energy.

mikangirl November 19 2011, 17:29:44 UTC
I'd be willing-- I just don't think I can do so today. Much of my demonstration would probably total the orchard.

Another time, perhaps. It will be a sight to see if it is as indeed destructive as you say.

It's handy in a fight, that's for sure. I can't do anything as widescale as Ororo, though. [And she gives him a curious look.] What about you?
