Summary: Paint with all the colors of the wind! Or at least with whatever colors Pao-lin managed to procure.

As promised, this Bronxite has swung in to help with the mural-painting efforts... and while the sleeves of his pink hoodie are rolled back and he has armed himself with a brush, his time is largely spent watching others as not to mess up Pao-lin's design.

This art stuff is tough. This is why he boxes.

[Pao-lin's making another round of checking up on everyone else's work, so don't mind her hovering nearby to watch Mac as he works.]

Looking good there, Mac! Having fun?

Uh, yeah... [He glances back at her.] M'jus'... paintin' real slow. I don' wanna mess nothin' up, y'know?

You're doing fine, really! Anyway, these are just the base colors, so even if it's not perfect, we can fix that tomorrow.

Yeah... y'right. [He pauses to wipe sweat off his brow with his forearm, smiling.] So, guess y'pretty happy 'bout this, huh? A bunch a' people turned up t'paint somethin' y'drew. It's pretty cool.

[She is so happy you have no idea.]

Everyone seems to be having fun, even though most of them have said that they're not really artistic or anything like that. I think it's amazing that they came to help out anyway!

Well, I ain't no artist m'self. But w'makin' somethin' special. [He gazes at the unfinished mural, thinking.] Everybody who comes here - next week, next month, even next year - they's gonna see this big wall an' know that they ain't alone. They's gonna know that you an' me an' people like us was here, tryin' t'make good. It's nice. Gives ya hope.

Yep. That's exactly what I want people to get from it! [She also gazes at the mural-in-progress.] They have a couple of murals in Sternbild on the sides of buildings. I don't like some of them, to be honest, but I like that there's that kind of thing in the city. It makes everything more colorful and interesting.

Yeah. An' it ain't like messy, scribbly kind a' graffiti or somethin' I see all the time, back home. It's real nice stuff.

I think the HeroTV building back home could use a mural or two. It'd be fun painting all of the previous Heroes from the show, and leaving space to draw new ones, too!

You said you's a hero, right? You'd wanna paint y'self on there? [Not that there's anything wrong with that - he's just curious.]

Yup! [She strikes a pose.] Maybe I'll paint myself like this. [Striking another pose.] Or like this!

It'd probably be hard to get a mural project put together for HeroTV, though...there's a lot of people you'd have to talk to.
