Alrighty folks, lets get this shit started. Before we begin: OH MY GOD THANK YOU HEDGE for the idea. We were so boned for a good one until you came along.

So that you all know, in exchange for John repairing the damage to the barrier the Malnosso released Jacob into his custody, along with some supplies.

In this entry John gives Svala her requested thirty minutes of honesty and has her look after Jacob as payment. She puts him up for the night, but the following morning Jacob has disappeared and is currently following instructions provided for him via John. ...he's not allowed back behind the barrier in the tunnels until he fulfills his duty. Because John is a bastard.

What are these instructions, you may ask? Well, all Jacob has to do is to take a box full of POV guns and test them, as well as hand them out. For those of you unaware, the Point of View Gun is a device from The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy that, when fired at someone, gives the victim the point-of-view of the person who fired the gun. For example:

Sephiroth: I'm just saying, there is nothing wrong with slaughtering innocent villagers when you find out your mom is an alien bitch.

Cloud: You're crazy and I think I'll behead you now.

Sephiroth: /acquires POV gun

Sephiroth: /fires at Cloud

Cloud: /gets hit

Cloud: ...you know what though, Nibelheim honestly deserved a good razing. I wasn't that fond of it to begin with. Thus the whole running away to join the army thing.

Understand? Awesome!

There is an action log set up for Jacob, in which your characters can freely jump on board no matter what kind of interaction you, the player, would prefer. If they'd like to ask him who the hell he is, if they'd like to recognize his voice and demand some answers, if you'd like for them to be shot by the POV gun by Jacob (in which I would take the liberty to describe in the tag prior to them being affected exactly how they'd feel, viewing the world as a Malnosso and a traitor) or if you'd like for them to take their own POV gun and terrorize their enemies/allies with it. There are a hell of a lot of ways you can go with this, so have fun with it!

The effects of the POV gun are, of course, temporary; while I don't believe that the movie sets a time frame for it (it says a minute or a few minutes, IIRC), we're giving the effects twenty-four hours max. If they are shot by a POV gun while under the influence of another person's POV, then they'll switch to the POV of the new shooter and a new twenty-four-hour frame will begin.

The guns'll be around until we say so. B| But they won't just disappear, so keep your eyes open for what'll happen next.

Any questions, concerns? You know what to do. ♥

EDIT FOR CLARIFICATION PURPOSES: The effects of the guns last 24 hours MAX, but that doesn't mean you can't end it sooner. Heck, you can end it twenty minutes after it's fired if you want, it's up to you.
