OKAY a couple announcements/reminders and then some plotty BS. First up:
1) PLEASE WELCOME KUKKI TO THE MOD TEAM! Since maintaining this game is in no way a one- or even a three-mod job, we've asked Kukki to help us with that and she graciously accepted. Everyone thank Kukki! /o/
2) If you've recently applied to Luceti or picked up another character, please hop on over to the contact post to add/edit your info. Also, make sure you skip over to the recruitment post and sign up your characters if you'd like for them to be recruited in the future!
OKAY PLOT STUFF NOW
3) As you recall, the blue man (Bil, Catherine, w/e) promised Luceti electricity. And Luceti will get it. This is more in an effort to unify the "appliances" people have available, since I know we've been operating under a "well, uh, just kind of go with it" policy for a while now. Once the first group comes back from fighting there will be a modpost describing exactly what changes take place in the households, etc. The only things that will become available to people are things like coffee pots, toasters, washers and dryers, fridges, electric ovens, lamps, things like that. Modern convenience appliances. If your character wants something bigger or more precise -a computer, a TV with game systems, things like that- they'll need to contact the Malnosso and ask for them specifically. If you're not sure what counts as a modern convenience -or have something in mind and you're not sure- please ask here or on the modpost for the electricity changes when you think of it. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY IN LUCETI JUST YET. Thank you!

If your character will not voluntarily go, DO NOT WORRY. I have this covered; your character will definitely get out on the battlefield whether they want it or not, so long as you want it.
IN THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS, there'll be another post from Bil with the final version of the "draft." So it'll be covered ICly, no worries.
