Some extra details for you!

Okay, since we're moving into the building, how about some details on the facility and some juicy recon info?

This Malnosso facility consists of fifteen floors. They'd be generally what you expect from a slightly-more-than-modern office building, with typical worker behaviors. Ten are above ground, the five below are sub-basement areas.

Please note that each floor is color coded and the security checkpoints for the doors on each floor will require swiping the ID Card you received with your uniform. Maintenance workers and security have nearly unlimited access.

Here's a breakdown:

Floor 10 - Administration (restricted to high level blue shirts, black coats, and yellow jackets)
Floor 9 - Accounting (same restriction, little of value to be found here)
Floor 8 - Computer Technology (restricted to blue shirts, green shirts, black coats, and yellow jackets)
Floor 7 - Shift Research (red shirts, blue shirts, black coats, yellow jackets)
Floor 6 - Shift Testing (same restriction, higher security. Droids present)
Floor 5 - Storage, Supplies (blue shirts, black coats, yellow coats. Little of value to be found here. A popular floor for infiltrators to arrive on.)
Floor 4 - Recreation (no restrictions. Lunch room, exercise rooms, televisions, and so forth are on this floor. Little of value to be found here. A popular floor for infiltrators to arrive on)
Floor 3 - No Access (impossible to access, the elevators won't even give the option. Any attempt to enter this floor will be impossible, due to a high level shifting barrier.)
Floor 2 - Office Administration (low level bluecoats, green jackets, yellow jackets, black coats)
Floor 1 - Welcome Lobby (no restrictions, little is to be found here beyond the front desk, decorative fountains, and so on. High security at the elevator.)
Basement 1 - Maintenance (yellow jackets and black coats. The power for the building is distributed here.)
Basement 2 - Biologic Research (white coats, red coats, blue shirts, black coats, and yellow jackets.)
Basement 3 - Biologic Experiments (same as above, higher security. Any characters kidnapped before this plotline will be found here and highly sedated)
Basement 4 - Detention Block (kidnapped characters will be found here, in groups of three. Lots of security and drones are on standby, but must be activated by console access before they'll detain prisoners)
Basement 5 - Biologic Testing (restricted to high level blue shirts, red shirts, and white coats ONLY. Patients are subjected to the various kidnapping related testing, such as torture, powers testing, psychological torture, and so forth. The use of solid holograms is used often here. None of the patients will be in the Biologic Testing during this event, however infiltrators may find them performing experiments on animals in preparation for their new test subjects)

And now, what can your infiltrators find out? Well by listening in on conversations between workers, reading reports, catching glimpses of the TV in the rec room (but don't dawdle, you've got an objective!), and maybe intimidating workers, you'll be able to find this out:

  • The Current CEO is named Biliruben. He's very popular outside of the organization, but within the facility he will be openly reviled and talked about as being incompetent and far too restrictive. The old president will be regarded as friendly.
  • Another facility was shut down around the time Bil took over as president. Many of the people at this facility lost friends when that happened.
  • The company seems to be losing money rapidly. The war with the Third Party has caused them to lose several of their bases and facilities in some deadly battles over the last month. The events of the earthquake nearly bankrupted the company.
  • The accounting records for the organization appear to be falsified to make the company appear in better shape than it actually is.
  • On the television, there seems to be an even split between people wanting to see the Luceti Project ended and others supporting it. Extremists on both sides either want them freed immediately and on the other side, people would prefer the research find a way to brainwash them into the perfect army.
  • No one talks about Floor 3 ever. If they do, it will be regarded with apprehension and fear. Do NOT go in there. People will be adamant about this. Nothing good can happen from opening it up.
  • Some of the scientists have reservations against animal testing. They don't seem to feel the same way about people from Luceti.
  • A new version of the droid known as the "Mall-NP 3.0" is under development in another facility. It promises to be able to handle any Luceti resident and even stand up against Third Party soldiers.
  • Any talk about John (they known his Luceti name, but not his real one) will be regarded with something of wonderment and awe. They don't seem to know much about him, though.
  • High level scientists, shift researchers, and administration will NOT talk, not matter how tortured they are. In fact, the scientists may even take their own lives to prevent being interrogated. After all, they'll just be back with a Death Penalty.
  • There's some suspicion that the inhabitants of the Luceti Enclosure have discovered a way of blocking their transmissions from the Malnosso, although nothing has been substantiated.
  • There was an abrupt department change for all upper management (in all departments) a week before the plans for increasing the weekly number of kidnapping was approved.
  • The Third Party General was spotted on camera a month ago, before their horde completely wiped out a city.
  • There is some unhappy murmuring that the food being served in the cafeteria was Shifted into existence. They claim to be able to tell the difference between it and real food. Other dismiss this as stupid.
  • The computer department is extremely unhappy working with shift researchers. There appears to be some kind of rivalry and they can't wait for those arrogant bastards to get what's coming to them.
  • The shift researchers think of the computer workers as grunts. Programming code is so beneath them. It pales in comparison to operating shifting machinery.
  • Speaking of shift researchers, popular opinion among them is that the "Luceti Disaster" two months ago was the fault of that crackpot living in the enclosure as well as that 'pet' of his.
  • Except for the scientists, shift researchers, and top management; most workers are unaware that the facility is a 'rogue operation' and still conducting kidnappings.
  • Don't use the bathrooms on Floor 4. The toilets always seem to get clogged for some reason. Some claim that repeated flushings have resulted in tentacles appearing. Infiltrators who test this may find themselves having to free themselves from it.

In the interest of fairness and fun, don't have your character find EVERYTHING out. It's more fun to share and discuss all of this afterward.
