Glad he's ok!! PVCs and PACs are scary. How's his potassium these days? A sudden decrease in potassium, which is depleted when someone's in pain, can cause all sorts of funky heart beats and blood pressure drops. Don't know if that's his issue, but it's something cardio docs tend to forget about for some reason when they go hunting for clots and contracted vessels. -T
Liberty Hospital tested his bloodwork right away. His potassium was 3.5 .1 down from normal. He wasn't dehydrated either. Liberty has a lot of staff that is SCA, his ER nurse treated the Queen of Calontir last year. The ER which is a 28 bed, level 2 trauma center was terrific.
