Two test results of note today:
- Asthma checkup: Peak Flow up to 600 from 550 last time, which was before I moved jobs, so win there.
- Asbestos test on the Artex-like wallcovering: negative! Also win.
While I was with the nurse, she had a look at an odd lump on my right lower rib which has being vaguely worrying me for a year or so. She said "I'm no expert, it's probably nothing but you could always have an X-ray" and I said: "Well, I did have one when it appeared about something else" so we checked the detailed results.
"Evidence of old bilateral fractures to the ribs"
Which is odd as I didn't recall breaking any bones, ever.
After a brief discussion, this most likely means the cough I had when I was crewing Serenity LRP in Oct 2008 was so severe I cracked my ribs coughing. Good job I avoided playing combat characters, eh?
It also means I am so made of Norrisium that I don't notice my bones breaking.
