Vista confuses me. Do you have Aero Glass? I can't find it .. it isn't where it's supposed to be.

It's some sort of transparent niftiness, which is meant to show Vista at its best. I've looked where it's meant to be, in colours and appearances, but it isn't there. I know the US has it, so maybe it's just an American feature.
