I think there may be a bit of gender bias here - a guy has a fast metabolism, but a girl clearly has image problems about her body and needs help. >.<

Why do you see a doctor you don't like who is unnecessarily invasive about your eating habits? I wouldn't go back. Do you have that option? If it's through student health I would think you'd still have the option to say "I don't want to see this doctor."
