If you have any love for the books brace yourself. I've only seen a few episodes and, well, ouch, but it is entertaining if you can get past the discrepencies.

there are some scenes in some episodes that come straight out of the book. those are fun. and yes, the red leather mord sith outfit is there. and NICE.

I've never read the books, but have enjoyed the show.. but after what gentledsoul said I'm not sure how much you'll enjoy it.
