Yes. My cat did that a couple weeks ago. And by my cat, I mean... My cat who was around for twenty years. They should live longer than us.

20 years... the same age as I, but probably wiser

Yeah. It was expected for a while though... they get old, and sick. If I had the choice I'd have put her down months and months ago because she was so ill. But mom didn't want to loose the kitty.

It was funny though-- she was supposed to be an outside cat, but I'd always let her in at night and when I first moved out of my parents' house years ago I'd hear her purr at night when it got real quiet. It was kind of weird.
