Job hunting. Cannot seem to find one. Appling at banks, grocery stores, and if none of that works, restaurants. Still working as a tutor for 20$ an hour, but not nearly enough hours. Pete is in the process of moving out; I need to be employed immediately.
I find it difficult to buy food, even when I have money, when a financial danger is present. Even if I buy food, eating it requires effort. I bought some young Thai coconuts, because drinking doesn’t seem to be a problem, and a coconut shake has a good 500 calories in it.
Gwynn and I tore the broken door off the garage. Gwynn tore the rotted boards out. Soon me will put fresh boards in, and put the door back on. Within the next few weeks I have invited Damien to come over and help me with the bathroom plumbing as well as a termite inspection. I’ll be chopping back the jungle in the front yard as well. Broke a sprinkler head, have to fix it.
I passed Calc 3. I know calculus now. This is good. I will be taking Linear Algebra in the fall, if I have time for classes. Linear algebra is a 4-5 day a week class taught in the morning. Many jobs, especially grocery stores, need people to be working during those times. This is one reason I am applying at banks.
