Turning Japanese

I've loved japanese animation ever since I was a child. One of my first experiences, as far as I remember were the Candy Candy anime which I watched in Spanish like a mini-soap opera for all and over there boys and girls would all watch it and talk about it and know the songs

I am so glad that someone as awesome as you has a love for Anime as well! I am the same way lol I want to learn Japanese just so I can well, speak to someone but also read my Doujinshi that I collect! haha. Legend of the Overfiend is twisted but thats a classic, and I own Vampire Hunter D and watch it every so often, hard to believe that came out in the mid 80's. You and I, I have a feeling will be talking alot about Anime when we meet next weekend! I cant wait! :)

I like the sci fi anime stuff...Cowboy Bebop was awesome, Evangelion as well.

I also really really liked Ruronin Kenshin, but that was more like a historical samurai type show.

i also recommend cowboy bebop, as it's my favorite anime. also, paranoia agent, trigun, samurai 7, full metal alchemist, boogiepop phantom, nadesico - i could go on and on!

You know the first time I had sushi I hated it and the second time, I thought it was ok. Now I can eat it, I never crave it, but some things are better then others. Oddly enough I find Eel to be quite yummy. sounds gross, but it really isn't.

There are so many different types of sushi to try, some better then others.
I LOVE vampire hunter D. So awesome!

Anyway, it's great to try new things, have fun!!
