The first four are so sad, but the fifth makes up for them.
Tony bitching about being the damsel in distress is just too funny^^

Ack. I'm sorry to be commenting so very late -- real life has been eating my time lately.

I really like all of these, especially, oddly, the second one The idea of the Skrull!Tony fighting beside the Avengers, being the hero that Tony is and loving the rest of them the way Tony does because he honestly believes he is Tony… is just really creepy and sad and very effective. It makes me think of the serious of dead Hank Pym skrulls in canon, all of them with Hank's brilliance and instability, all of them trying to do the right thing and stop/question the Invasion because the imprint of Hank's personality is prompting them to.

Captain America paused in front of Steve Rogers, staring at him for a moment. One blink, then another. Silently, Bucky handed Steve the shield and stepped back, “Bout time you showed up.” There was a twitch of lips and Steve ducked his head, embarrassed.
