Both 'Kids' and 'Trainspotting' hit pretty hard when I first saw them in the theatre - not so much anymore though. *shrug* OH!! that other movie from the kid who wrote Kids... um... hang on.

Got it: GUMMO! There's a couple of really f'd up scenes in that thing.

um... i can't think of any others right now. I love Ravenous though. :D
