i can't either :) i truthfully never intended it to go half the ways it did. the next part might take a while to get up but it will.

This is a great, pacy start. The tensions in the team come across well. And I hope the last bit means there's going to be Becker recovering and having to choose between Jess and Matt (and of course choosing Matt!)

Love it that this fic starts when Becker is shot. In the series we have to wait for months to find out what happened to him.

Becker getting shot was the sole reason i started this fic. i was so devastated that they didn't show what happened i actually cried. so now I'm writing what i think happened :)

Ouch! Poor Becker! I like the way you've alternated the flashbacks in this. That works rather well.

Having read it now, I think you'd be better without the multiple pairing tags until it's clear who the pairing is. At the moment it looks more like Becker/Matt than anything else.

No worries, it's not a big deal, but a few of us are possibly starting a project to analyse fic trends using the tags, so it helps if they're reasonably accurate so far as pairings go. That's the only reason I really noticed it.
