ok well not much is going on. Swimming an dRunning and training are both pretty low key right now. TOmorrow is last day before 3 day weekend i'm so excited!!! Hey ok well today i'm extremely sore. My legs and arms hurt so amazingly bad that i can't even go to the bathroom without it hurting. im gonna hang with jasm this weekedn hopefully. annie is hilarious and so is krugger. alrighty have to study. later
