Oddly, I've been working on improving my posture recently, and I've generally been more positive and energetic than I've been for months. Perhaps walking tall is a good step towards self-improvement..?

Knowing who and where you are can help in a lot of things. Where to go, how to get there, who to go there with... all are pretty meaningless without that original context. That kind of deep-down connection seems to be a pretty fundamental one.

On another note, it's good to see you giving yourself some credit where it's due. Little steps, but I think it's in the right direction :-)

People watching can be both very enlightening and a lot of fun... wish I had the patience to do it more often. It's also a matter of balancing watching and learning with actually doing that gets tricky.
