Got my second requestfic from the meme a few weeks ago done. This one's for numisma, who wanted Kagome/Kohaku. This sucker had to go through a lot of edits, so I really hope she likes it. *crosses fingers*

This is absolutely beautiful, in concept and execution. The idea itself - Kagome trapped, Kohaku alone - is stark and depressing, and the writing's so incredibly lyrical. Reading this felt kind of like dreaming.
