- L indeed took Misa's cell phone during the last issue.
- L tells Raito that they caught Misa and they have lots of evidence against her. Also says something like "I understand the feeling of having your lover arrested for interrogation under the suspect of being the second kira..." Ooba-sensei, do you have to make L say something like that every issue? :laugh: :runs away:
- People bustling in L's hotel room... Shot of Misa tied up in the fashion of hysterical patients in a mental hospital.
- L orders Watari to get Misa to confess and it's OK to use "unreasonable measures" and basically act like the cool and aloof all-seeing FBI invesigator that he is. (as opposed to the dessert-consuming L)
- Meanwhile Raito considers killing Misa.
- In the interrogation Misa absolutely refuses to say anything and ended up asking Rem to kill her, because she says dying is preferable to whatever Watari & co. are doing to her. (AFAIK sensory deprivation. food and water as well).
- Rem let Misa go from the "DN contract", so to speak. So, she forgets everything except her love for Raito.
- Rem tells Raito "if you don't get Misa out I'll kill you". Raito ponders as nothing happens for a page.
- "Goodbye Ryuuku," says Raito. (he's going for a more helpful shinigami!?)
