im really getting sick of this hair color i have, im letting my rOots grow out but i dont think i can wait until everything grows out ! sOo. . .do you girls think that i should do highlights again OR let everything grow out first and then do them ?? Hmm..and please dont tell me that my hair is gonna fall off, its not so i dont care ! ;]
