k well first u go to rich text mode[ on ur update screen] and then u click insert picture and u put in the link for the pic u want [ u have to host it first on photobucket or something] and BAM ur pic should be there

yeah basically what james said so go to www.photobucket.com and get an account there (its free) then you come here click rich text mode and click the little baby pcture thingy lol and then copy the URL from photobucket and paste it in there and press ok and it'lll pop up
