okay so I was talking to Megs yesterday about Heaven and all that stuff...and I was thinking like how can there actually be one heaven everyone has their different idea of what heaven should be like and if they get there and it's not what they want they're not going to be happy. It's like trying to creat a Utopia there can't be one, because ( Read more... )

yeah see and when I die I want to go to an enchanted forest with fairies and tons of butterflies and unicorns and most of all gnomes. and that's where I think everyone has a different idea of what they want heaven to be like. This goes back to what Megans saying about how they would overlap.

As I said yesterday, I really like Alice Sebold's idea of heaven- when you die, your heaven is exactly what you subconsciously want. If somebody else's subconscious wants overlap your own, then they appear in your heaven, but your wishes change constantly, so at times either you're with different people or you're entirely alone. I'm crappy at explaining it, you should just be a cool kid and read the book.

its simple really:

once we die, we remain in a dormant state until a fluctuation in radiation begins to mutate the cells of all the corpses, thus giving them somewhat of a life. Then all of those corpses will become zombies, and most likely eat the faces of the living until everyone is dead and then....

what the fuck happens when zombies eat everyone?

i dunno, everyone is a zombie

the end

no, but seriously. theres no heaven, theres no life after death. your brain creates a reality in which we exist, in which we percieve all that is around us. once we die, our brain expires, and our reality ceases to exist. thats it. sorry. no god, no heaven, no hell, death = the end

Of course, that idea is very appealing to me as well.

alright well I typed a whole thing but it erased me so im just gonna summarize. See i've gotten a lot of answers like that and I can see where you're coming from. but it just doesn't make sense. I mean like techinically and everything it does make sense. but in a spiritual sense or w/e it doesn't at all. How could there be so many super-natural or w/e experiences if that was true. but Im guessing you don't believe in that either. But I think that when you die you go to your dream world your utopia
