I almost have a job at a Smart & Final near my house. My Cousin's Wife took me in after my Auntie and mother talked about it.
Majority of the paper work has been filled out and I already took and passed a drug test and background check.
I'm still rather anxious and nervous as I had fallen ill to a very severe case of Agoraphobia for the past two

Agoraphobia and Social phobia are a big pain in the butt. :C I fell into them as well, and it's very hard to recover. A big push like this can do a lot of good though. There will be very bad days and very good days, so just remember to look forward to the good. c: And make sure you get plenty of alone/de-stress time when not working. <3
Plus money is nice. :'D If it ever gets too bad, make goals to dream about? Like, "If I power through this week, I can buy that thing I want!" It helps me a lot. ;w;

Oh gosh! I'm so glad to have friends here who know what it's like to be agoraphobic and can relate to! ;__;
Thank you so much for the advice! <3 I really appreciate it as I did not have much experience with them and it then spiraled out of control!
That sounds like a wonderful technique! *__* Next time I am feeling bad, I will think of the Pokemon things I can treat myself too after accomplishing my work! XD

;_; When it gets out of control, it's so bad. Hopefully a job will help keep you busy and productive so it doesn't happen again!
:D Even if you open up pain and just make a little collage of things you can get if you work hard, it's fun to dream. And when a dream comes true, it's such a mood booster! Even if it's something like a candy bar, it's good to feel like you accomplished something for yourself! And if that ever stops working, try thinking of things you would like to give as a gift to someone you care about. It's a good motivator too. c:

I actually dropped out of college because it got so bad, but I found a vocational college closer by that I plan on going to after I save up enough money to be able to pay the tuition.
Yes, I agree that when you don't have something that gets you out regularly, it can spiral and get worse and worse. I'm hoping the job will get me better again.
It's quite scary, but I do enjoy dreaming of being able to go out regularly without any fear or having to "plan" anymore. I'll definitely dream about being able to buy gifts for me and my family/friends! Thank you so much! ;u; It's amazing being able to get advice from someone who also has this awful phobia but is still managing to live regularly!
