Estradiol = birth control (more or less) Spironalactone = stops testosterone production
One surprising thing I learned recently (from a FtM) is that testosterone increases red blood cell counts. So my blood is losing red blood cells, the aspirin thins it so my BP doesn't drop through the floor. Plus, of course, estrogen pills = extra stroke risk.
