I shall never, ever let G reading this entry. Puts my domestic skills to even more shame. Happy Thanksgiving! (off topic - how far are you from Quebec?)
LOL! I didn't know I could fabricate a duck (er, cut it up), or that I could cook it properly, until thanksgiving afternoon! I'm lucky it turned out so well! For what you may lack in domesticity, you're an art-o-holic and you produce at a rate I can't match, so there's that working for you! LOL
awwww! thank you! we're still enjoying said spread! LOL such is the way of thanksgiving, non?
mmmmm. you know, I'm really beginning to have an appreciation for cave-aged goat cheeses. Bleu cheeses are also beginning to hold a certain attraction for me. Sheep's milk cheeses can be a little...pungent...to put it nicely. Shit, what *don't* I like about ANY cheese? LOLOLOL!!!
thank you! it was really a treat to Just Stay HOME!! the food was a plus. we ate the confit legs last night and they were Phenomenal!
yes, oh yes we do! I'll have to play it by ear, as usual, but I'm thinking something can be hammered together on the fly for a couple of evening hours here and there...
