People need to realize that using the title "Mrs." or "Ma'am" IS like saying "hey, you .. old wrinkly person..." Just because the damn customer is wrinkly and has saggy boobs themselves, does NOT make it alright to bring us down to their level by placing that damn title on us. Anyways, we should send out a mass letter to all the citizens of the U.S. to inform them on the correct name-calling behavior in retail situations.

and yeah, sometimes I wanna slap their face to whip some sense into them. That is all. Thanks.
