Big Announcement.

So, lj world, let me tell you:  I'm pregnant.  I am due August 18th, which makes me about 7 weeks and 4 days a long.  We went to the dr. yesterday, and without looking at my bloodwork (which I am sure is fine at this point) everything is completely perfect.  Its size (very small), its heartbeat (160 bpm!) and even my cervix, look perfect.

Congrats! I think we might try in the next year or so. It's hard to decide just yet since it is my first year teaching.. isn't it yours as well??

I don't have a preference, but I am pretty sure it is a boy. I just have a feeling.

wow! you're my 2nd LJ friend who is recently pregnant! weird :) she's due exactly a month before you though. Congratulations!!! I hope that everything goes smoothly with the pregnancy & I know you're excited to embark on this journey. Are you coming to Dallas anytime soon? we should definitely get together.

No, No, No, I wasn't pregnant at Thankstaking. I was pregnant like that next week. I seriously didn't ovulate until that next week. I had my period like a week before. Trust me.
