Yesterday was the sentencing for the woman that shot and killed my classmate, Danny.  She plead out to involuntary manslaugter (I think, something like that) and got a year of jailtime- 6 months suspended and 5 years of probation.  That's it.  People get harsher punishments for selling pot.  Jesus ( Read more... )

This week is totally wearing me out!  I am doing the morning ICU portable x-rays with Devin (one of my favorite techs- so it doesn't even feel like work) starting at 6am everyday this week.  It seems crappy to start working at 6am and then do your regular stuff the rest of the day, but we get 8 hours of time off to use whenever if we do it for a ( Read more... )
