Even in the darkest hour know that it will pass. And by the nature of it being something that will indeed pass, know that we are temporal beings, our nature, our feelings, our experiences are beyond time and its temporary events. You can say it is all Maya. Or you could just rise above the immediate and enjoy the show - watching yourself ride the crests and the troughs of life experiences, of emotions. Know that every trough will bring a crest. And vice versa
