The top story this morning is New Orleans' preparation for Mardi Gras. I am so glad that they are able to hold it this year. The area really needs that.  They say that over the whole country, Americans have donated about 1 billion in money and other kinds of aid, like food and blankets. America pretty much rocks, even though we are materialistic

Actually, a lot of Christian denominations still mark people with ashes on Ash Wednesday. The Lutheran church I go to home, my old Episcopalian church, and the Methodist church I go to here all still do it. (However, I don't plan on getting ashes at any of them)

why don't you just say who you are instead of leaving annonymous comments? then you can save yourself the trouble of having to put up with cheryl in real life, which you seem to detest so much, as i'm sure she'd stop hanging out with you once she knew who you were.
