Did you do the vinegar in the rice? How did they taste? Excellent rolling technique!

yes i did do the vinegar in the rice. they were quite good, i think i may have used too much rice, but all in all- I was very satisfied, oh hey- how should i store the seaweed? does it need to be in a sealed baggie, or is it ok if i leave it in the package it came in and not seal it.

You can probably leave it in the original baggie if you plan to use them up pretty quickly. The seaweed doesn't really go bad, it just gets soggy. If you want, you can just roll rice up in the seaweed and eat it that way. like a japanese burrito.
