UCI: Eleven. 1 to change the bulb and ten to sit around watching because honestly, what else is there to do at Irvine past 10pm??

unfortunately, yes if you're wanting to roam around at night
all the damn stores and what not close at 10 -_-
i guess except a few fast food restaurants, hookah bars and movie theaters..
besides that, it's dead past 10
