this is so funny - yet so true. i'm guilty of it too. i think my favorite is the part about the girl/guy tax.

funny though.. a long time ago i was talking to a friend who said he gives bonuc points to girls who do the "fake purse grab" .. although he didn't quite call it that.. but simply "offer to pay".. i guess guys don't like to feel like their being freeloaded upon.

but i like to be taken care of too. so it's a toss up.

I think a lot of guys want a girl to offer so they know she's not a golddigger, but they also want to pay so she knows he's The Man.

But if it's a first date, I don't like to pay... not even split. Because then it doesn't seem like a date. Unless he pays for a movie and then I pay for a burger after. That sounds like a good date to me.
