Today I took a little walk up the Longest Flight Of Stairs in Southern California. And by that, I mean the stairs/bridge/stairs between Santa Monica Beach and Downtown Santa Monica. HOLY COW, that's a lot of stairs. And you know what it reminded me? It reminded me how out of shape I am!Not that I needed the reminder
