My weekend was sort of uneventful. It was mostly me thinking about and analyzing a certain situation in my life, which I may discuss in a friends-only post. Who knows what kind of wierdo stalkers this open journal has. Haha, I kid. But you never know

Yesterday I started these lifting exercises I found in Good Housekeeping magazine. Takes about 15 minutes and it's like 6 different lifts. 20 reps for each one. God damn.. its HARD, but I'm gonna do that in addition to the 30-35 minutes I've been doing on the tredmill each day.
