Urasawa

To cap off a pretty triumphant 2007, I have made reservations for Urasawa, one of Los Angeles' best restaurants, for December 15th. Rumor has it that it is one of the three LA-area restaurants that received two Michelin stars (nothing in LA received three).

It's going to be so awesome.

BTW, when are you headed out the state? You should try and make a pit stop in NorCal sometime before!

I'll probably be out of here early to mid January. I don't think I can make it up because the only time I'd have to travel would be peak holiday travel season, and that makes me =(
